its located a few hundred miles west of iceland
none of those things are closeby
maybe should change it to a smuggling business
also there probably isnt enough rich people in Rapture to make a millionaire of anyone selling the first two
the last one 'oil' only might because of its common need, thought the overhead of getting it (like from 500+ miles away on the seafloorand its shipped as bulk comodity) likely would not make profits that high (as well as competition from others seeking the same profits)
